We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

This Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and options regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations, in compliance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and EU consumer protection regulations.

2. Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return most products within 14 calendar days from the date you received them, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging;

• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice);

• You must notify us in writing before returning the item.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as provided by Article 16 of OUG 34/2014.
These include:

• Personalized or custom-made products, such as commissioned artworks or customized prints;

• Digital products (e.g., downloadable art files), once the download or digital delivery has been initiated;

• Services that have already been fully performed with your prior consent.

If any of these apply, they will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

4. Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at bianca.abacioaei@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Wait for our confirmation and detailed instructions on how and where to send the item.

3. Package the product securely in its original condition and send it to the provided return address.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods.

• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction (via Netopia MobilPay, unless otherwise agreed).

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at bianca.abacioaei@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

• A brief description of the issue;

• Photos showing the defect or damage;

• Your order number.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the case, at no extra cost to you.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us via email as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, it will fall under the standard return policy described above.

For customized products, cancellation is only possible before the creative work has begun.
